Discover how to optimize your reproductive health naturally.
If you are in the early stages of trying-to-conceive (TTC), or even just preparing for the future, learn what you can do now to optimize your fertility.
If you’ve been TTC for what feels like a long time, the journey to conception and a healthy pregnancy can be especially stressful. (Another two week wait?!)
Whether you have been struggling, or are new to TTC, I have some resources for you.
Do you ever wonder if you may have an underlying condition that impacts fertility (e.g., PCOS, diminished ovarian reserve, hypothyroid, endometriosis)?
Unsure if your luteal phase is long enough, or strong enough, to support implantation (e.g. luteal phase defect)?
Do you suspect you may have conceived but implantation was not successful? (e.g., chemical pregnancy)
Do you rely on a fertility app to identify when you are ovulating? (Uh-oh… time to tune in with your body.)
My clients come to me with these very kinds of questions and concerns.

I teach in a Master’s program for acupuncturists, continuing education courses for acupuncturists, and online fertility courses for the general public.
